Stepping into Someday: Next Level Leadership Mastermind

If every woman stepped fully into her worth, power, and purpose…what would become possible?  I don't want to dream about this idea;  I want to take part in creating this reality for myself and for my peers.  I believe stepping into our natural leadership is the most impactful way to to honor the women who have come before us and care for the women who will come after us.  I don't believe this work is optional...I know that it is essential. I also trust that embracing this spiritual task holds more joy for us than we ever thought possible.  Will you join me?

Over the course of about four months, an intimate group of SIS Alum will journey together into their next level of leadership.  As Clarissa Estes says, “Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.”  This isn’t about bearing the weight of the world on our shoulders, but about connecting to our small but critical piece of the universal puzzle.  

The core intentions for the Mastermind are:

- To continue to strengthen your relationship with Self

- Clarify and commit to your essential mission

- Clearly articulate your short-term, mid-term, and long-term vision

- Activate your short-term action plan to bring your vision into your current reality

- Support your sisters in the Mastermind with your presence, talents, and connections 

- Pay it forward through engagement with women's leadership initiatives 

We will take this journey in community (because this work is never a solo mission) and have a heck of a lot of fun along the way.
